    Open a new terminal window running claude --resume <id> in cwd.

    terminal (from cmv config terminal) is either a preset name (see TERMINAL_PRESET_NAMES) or a custom command template containing {cmd}. Without it we use the terminal cmv is running in, then fall back to the platform default (Terminal.app on macOS, first installed on Linux).
