The POSIX shell script a new window runs: cd into the project, then
replace the shell with claude. Doing the cd ourselves means the window
lands in the right folder even when the terminal ignores the caller's cwd
(gnome-terminal, ptyxis and konsole all open in $HOME otherwise).
